My parents just got back from Colonial Williamsburg and brought back a very cute three-pointed hat for Jack. He wasn't sure about it at first, but now I think he really likes it. I had it hanging on a coat hook this morning when he kept pointing at it and saying something that sounded nothing like hat. When I figured out that's what he wanted he had fun putting the hat on so I could take his picture.

You need to teach him to say the following words while wearing that hat:
'Arrrrr'
'Ahoy'
'Matey'
And, if you get really bold,
'I be a Pirate'
Okay, I know it's not really a pirate hat, but it kinda looks like one. And he's cute in it too....
Jack does say "arrrgg" and make a hook with his finger for a pirate :)
What a cute little patriot. I'm glad he wanted to wear it. I know he's not too keen on putting things on his head.
