It's day four and I think I'm coming down with something. The kids each have colds and have moisture oozing from every orifice. We're having meltdowns and tantrums and Jack is having potty training regressions. Sarah has found hitting and biting to be ways to deal with her frustrations, though, often in the same breath she follows with an "ah-ah" and soft pat to the head to ease the pain, or to stave off the consequences. We've had little faces pressed up against ours in bed lately while begging them to go to sleep and rest their weary little bodies.
I hope we all feel better in the morning. We have to get out of the house tomorrow. If we all stay inside we will have problems. Besides, I have to get to Costco. We are out of milk and diapers. Diapers, people, my baby has been wearing Cars-movie pull-ups for three days. And a piece of Costco pizza would really hit the spot tomorrow just before naptime.

These are the times when I think the hospital should go ahead and prescribe a 5-year supply of narc0tics when you have a baby. Gather 'round, family! Narc0tics for EVERYONE!
poor kiddo's! I hope all are better tomorrow, as well!
bless your heart! I hope that you all got a great night's sleep and feel better! I am sure the fresh air will help loads too!
Oh, I sure hope today is better.
Aw! Hugs to all of you. I hope you got your Costco pizza and happy kids today.
