While I'm waiting for the gazillionth bunch of photos to load into my editor, I'll update you on a few things that are of immense importance in my life:*
Potential Potty Training: FAILED For four days Sarah wore panties and ran around telling me what a big girl she is and peeing all over my house. I have solicited advice from the Internet, my mom's group, and every mother I know. The prevailing school of thought has been to put her on the potty at regular, frequent intervals throughout the day until it magically "happens." I think she's a little immature for potty training and would just flat out refuse and tell me no, then go pee on the floor. So the other day when I was getting her dressed in the morning I just put a diaper on her and didn't say anything and she didn't say anything and we've been in diapers since. We'll try again in a month or seven.
Vultures: Possibly have left. This morning my neighbor informed me that there were eleven on my roof, but throughout the day every time I have checked there haven't been any. Perhaps they stayed long enough to figure out that there's no more carrion and they've moved on.
Beach photos: I have been editing like crazy and uploading like crazy to Flickr. So, sorry if you are an Internet friend and not really interested in my family snapshots; I'm almost done. And family: I'm almost done and will hopefully be emailing a link to the set if you don't have a Flickr account.
My Sunflower Photos: I have decided that this one: needs to hang in my bathroom which is painted a lovely pumpkin color. I really want it to be square, at least 12 inches, but possibly 14-16 inches, square. Anybody know if you can buy inexpensive square frames with matting at a JoAnne's/Michael's/AC Moore kind of place?
*While these things are immensely important in my life, they may be of no interest to you, the reader.
